We are a digital real estate advertising and information services platform dedicated to making access to the real-estate sector easy, convenient and quick for our users. By using our website, services, network, applications or accessing any content provided by the Property PMP group, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use, i.e., our standard terms and conditions and Privacy Policy set out below.
For the purposes of the Terms of Use, a ‘user’ is anyone who uses our services, including those users who use our services pursuant to a contract for services.

General disclaimer
- As an online portal, Property PMP cannot authenticate any content advertised at Property PMP.
- Users shall at all times conduct independent checks and verify the authenticity of any property, or project.
- We recommend our users to conduct proper due diligence, including physical inspection of the properties before engaging in any negotiations with any agent or person displaying property at our portal.
- We do not take responsibility for any third-party advertiser displaying property at Property PMP.
- We do not accept any responsibility for any external website for which links are displayed at Property PMP By clicking on the link you will navigate away from and exit Property PMP.
- The security / confidentiality and accuracy of the user’s account is the user’s responsibility. Please keep your personal information confidential and only provide Property PMP with the necessary and correct information in relation to your account.
- Views expressed by users are their own.
- If you do not agree to any of terms of the Terms of Use, please do not use our services.
- The Terms of Use may be amended from time to time by Property PMP at its sole discretion without providing any notice to any user / party. Such amendments shall be effective immediately.
- If you use Property PMP in a manner inconsistent with the Terms of Use, Property PMP may remove your advertisements and block / restrict your access to Property PMP.
General Terms and Conditions
- Property PMPis not intended to provide financial, investment or real-estate advice.
- Service may include advertisements.
- Property PMP is not responsible in any way for the outcome of any negotiations you may have with any actual or potential buyer / seller, lessor/lessee, landlord/tenant in relation to any property advertised at Property PMP.
- You are required to comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Content Your Provide
To the extent that you post, upload, input, submit Content on or through the PropertyPMP, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information and to refrain from impersonating or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity. You are entirely responsible for all Content that you provide or otherwise make available via the PropertyPMP. You also warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to such Content including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to Transmit such Content, and to transfer your or others’ interests in such Content to PropertyPMP as provided below.
You promise that you will not use the PropertyPMP to:
- Transmit any Content
- not related to appropriate subject matters;
- which is misleading to others, including consumers;
- that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- that you do not have a right to post and transmit under any law or under contractual relationships;
- such that such posting, uploading, or transmission constitutes the infringement of any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party
